“Just had another delightful experience at the eyeglass department at Costco, market Street. The initial consultation and the ordering took place. Well, the fitting was exceptional. Susie went above and beyond, not only ensuring that my current glasses fit properly she serviced/and repaired to older pairs that I purchased from the Department. Susie was personable, patient we laughed, and it was a delightful experience. If Susie‘s boss/supervisor reads this, I think she deserves a raise, it would benefit Costco to keep such a high-quality skillful and personable individual in their employee”

“Kennedy was an absolute angel. Her knowledge helped me in a difficult situation. Give her a raise immediately. I don't know what would have done yesterday without her assistance.”
