“We were there visiting Michigan. We were heading back to Chicago when I had a terrible flat on my tire somehow the sidewalk got slashed found MW tire shop met Aaron. What great service bought a tire there replaced my tire they took off the spare tire from the vehicle Installed the new tire with the rim and then they found that the stem on the spare tire was bad they went about and told me that the stem was bad that I should replace it and I said yes thank God they told me that otherwise my spare tire would’ve been leaking if I ever had another flat great great service highly recommend this place and we will forget you guys that day when I was there it was a bad blizzard. You guys are the best.”
“Matt saved my car in a diagnosis situation, where my old mechanic wanted to flay me. I thought I would need to just buy a new car before coming here.
My previous mechanic checked out my broken car then asked for 6k to fix it. The list of things that needed repairing looked fishy to me, so I took my car here and asked for a general diagnostic. Matt came back with 1.5k to fix it up. I budgeted him more than that to use, yet he did not use it. The repair itself is great, my car of 185k miles has been running perfectly since.”

“Our Audi went into limp mode on our way back home to Ontario from Chicago for the weekend. Getting off the highway in Stevensville, we had to pick a shop that was close by. Being from another country and not familiar with the area at all, we were very nervous about being taken advantage of. Turns out we were extremely lucky to find Craig’s Automotive. The car was scanned and diagnosed within about an hour, even though we were one of 13 walk-ins that day. Cory was incredibly informative on multiple options we had, he even printed out TSBs and estimates on different options/outcomes. Once they did further work to find it was the high pressure fuel pump, we found out that there was only one pump left in the county. Instead of ordering the part and waiting, Cory sent someone directly out to pick the part up and get the job done. Even when they realized the pump was slightly different and needed to be modified, they went back out and picked up hardware that was needed to adapt the pump to our car, once again instead of waiting for it to be ordered in, and to get us on our way. I have had a short experience in the automotive world myself, and Cory and his team at Craigs automotive gave us one of, if not, the best experience I’ve had at any shop I’ve been to. I would highly recommend anyone in the area stop in for any of their automotive needs.”
“Have had 5 Star service in years past. First place I'd go to for transmission work in SW Michigan. Disappointment was that they will not service (change filter/trans fluid) my 2018 Ford F-150 10 speed transmission due to difficulty of performing job. Bummed! Recommending I contact dealer.”

He could have easily charged me for an alternator but he had integrity and was honest and told me I did not need to have my alternator fixed. So he didn't replace it. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!!”

“When you can find a good, honest mechanic you’re lucky. I have dealt with Blue Lake for years and have always received great service. My daughter’s Acura wouldn’t start on 12/23/25 and I had it towed to Blue Lake and I was told it would be after Christmas for the repair. I received a call on Christmas Eve morning that the car was fixed. The part was under warranty and there would be no labor charge for a previously replaced starter. Great service and my daughter was thrilled to get her car back so quickly! I highly recommend!”
“I had a great experience at the Performance Plus in Benton Harbor! I had gotten an oil change at the St. Joe location and came to Benton Harbor to redeem my car wash coupon, but the machine was giving me an error. Multiple team members noticed I was having trouble and kindly asked if I needed help. They all worked together to get everything sorted out quickly and gave me a new code with no hassle. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind—I really appreciated the outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!”

“I can only say this. Every person I delt with at this dealership were very professional. The did what they said they would do and quite frankly did a bit more. The GM even got involved with my issue. In a matter of minutes he had the issue resolved. The car was taken to the detail dept. It took over an hour, but the car looked like it just came off the assembly line when they returned it to me. A great experience. The new car sales mgr spent a lot of time with me and my wife. The salesman was on top of everything from start to finish. I highly recommend this dealership. A good solid experience. Well done guys.”

“Very thorough and job well done on the front end repair work for my 2017 Honda Civic. Looks just like new again. Had to wait a bit longer than expected, but they made sure everything was just right before getting her back to me. Will definitely recommend and go back to in the future shall I need them.
I am very happy overall with the customer service and communication I received through the whole process start to finish. Even with my rental car company I had to go through. I was kept up to date with everything. And everything was handled swiftly and promptly with the insurance co.
