I had an excellent experience at the Mobile Gas Station on 11 Mile and Greenfield. Simon, AB, and Farris went above and beyond by doing a thorough and honest diagnosis of a vehicle I was considering purchasing.
Their attention to detail, transparency, and professionalism gave me real peace of mind. The entire team is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and trustworthy, and they took the time to explain everything clearly.

“The Attendant utilized the Rewards for the drinks instead of Gas? I was charged a dollar for a ,99 Arizona Red Apple Green Tea? Other the Attendant was friendly, the inside is very well kept.”
“I ran out of gas but I was able to pull in this gas station. I couldn't make it to the pump but the employee pushed my car a couple of feet to the pump. He was so nice. I tried to tip him but he refused to take it. Very clean/ friendly, quiet and stocked. Thank you BP”

“My experience at this Shell gas station was overall decent. The service was fast, and I was able to get in and out without any issues. The clerk was patient, polite, and helpful during my visit, which I appreciated.
The only downside was the cleanliness. There was some trash outside, including a bag of garbage near the entrance, which didn't leave the best first impression. A little more attention to the exterior and general upkeep would make the location much more inviting.
That said, the customer service helped make up for it. The clerk remained professional and courteous, and that's always something I value as a customer.”

“It's a gas station/convenience store/mechanic. What is it to say about it? It's up the street from where I work. I get gas from time to time and I take a break at work and walk-up here for snacks. Everyone who works here is nice and friendly. I have had one of their mechanics replace a tail light bulb on my car. Because Nissan is ridiculous with their tail lights. They were quick to help and cheap.”
“I'm surprised to learn they have a mechanic. There are not many cars in the lot. I stopped for gas because it is a fairer price than some others near me. Easy enough to maneuver around the station with my 1 ton pickup.”

“So i was having one of those days where it seemed like I had a UFO over my head all day. I woke up to my watch being 41 minutes different than my phone, yet it gets set by my phone? Dispo computer POS terminal blinko’d out on me, then this gas pump. I paid first for $17.01 in gas and the pump completely froze??!! Owner came outside and was as perplexed as I was and moved my transaction to another pump.
When I got home I had two transactions on my credit card for my one gas purchase but they were pending. The Owner promised me it would be fine and he kept his promise!!!! I got my statement today and it was for one purchase!!!
So sorry about my UFO freezing your pump, but so very very thankful you kept your word and did your due diligence in getting my transactions sorted perfectly for my credit card. A testament to the very positive customer service this owner has always displayed.”
