“I've been going to this location and buying all my electronics from here for years now. I came in the store yesterday with my PS5 that I'm having issues with, and while I didn't get the end result that I wanted, one of the managers, Ronald, and another store employee at checkout, whose name I can't remember (Keia or Kela, maybe? Sorry!!), both went above and beyond to try helping resolve the issue. They were very kind and friendly, and I'm grateful for their effort, because I don't think most people would have cared as much as they did. Thank you both!!”
“Re’Ko was extremely thorough & helped me double check I was good to transfer from another carrier. The deals almost seemed too good. I felt like I was being bamboozled, then he spent over an hour with me, walking me through every single number, option & quote. Why it costs this, what I’ll pay next month and so on. Set me up with a new phone, internet deal & contact if I need to troubleshoot. It was really nice to be so well taken care of, he made my day by being so authentic & knowledgeable!”
