The store had a great vibe and music, and although there were a lot of people there, each of us was greeted when we came in and offered a seat. Tony came over, assess the situation and did some research. He helped me to file a claim very quickly, and I have a new phone coming tomorrow. It was a very good experience and I would recommend them again.”
