“After an earlier Fiasco at the store on Southfield Rd near 696, I was determined not to return there and called the store on Telegraph and 12. i spoke to Charles who assured me they had the iphone and accessories I wanted. When I arrived, he was ready to take care of business! He was knowledgeable about the phone, could answer all questions, did not try to over charge me, and introduced me to Direct TV which has now made me switch from COMCAST! He took care of reloading the new phone, iphone MAC PRO with ease, put the clear screen and new case on, and walked thru some things about Direct TV and he took care of each transaction with ease! “I was switching over from an 11pro to a 15pro and Lance was my representative. I’m not from the area and walked in about a hour before the store closed and Lance stayed a few minutes after 8pm for the phones to finish transferring data so I was able to GPS home. I was so appreciative! Throughout the process he answered all my questions and I was able to get a Free Apple Watch by updating my plan. Definitely will return to this store if I need anything else.”

“Tiara and Monica have the years of experience you hope for when going to a cellphone store with a problem. Tiara tirelessly worked on my problem and replaced my SIM card twice to see if that would fix the SOS issues on my mini iPhone 13. Once she knew my phone was unfixable and I didn't have the extended warranty, she gave me all of my options I needed to make the most fiscally responsible decision I could, at a time when I truly needed my phone to work and did not want nor plan for this surprise expense. I was literally there for hours, but both Tiara and Monica made it a very pleasant experience. I was heading to another Verizon store closer to my house and I turned around and went the opposite direction just to go to the Southfield store , because I have always had good experiences there and this was a problem that no ordinary sales/service person could address. The life stresses I am going through are trying enough.
After I chose to buy the iPhone 15, Monica made sure EVERYTHING was transferred over and working properly before I walked out that door.
I almost forgot, Tiara had a wonderful line she used when she was multitasking between me and other customers in a very busy store; "Work smarter, not harder!"
