“I wanted to take a moment to share a wonderful experience I recently had during my visit during my oil change. We’ve gone to the same shop, have been loyal customers at the shop for a decade of years, we’ve seen many owners & their employees come and go… not one of whom stood out for their friendliness or phenomenal customer service… Not a single impressionable person, like the gentleman I encountered this evening that will keep us coming back.
This afternoon/evening Rob went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled efficiently and professionally, he even took a moment and spoke to my husband, who was at work, on my phone. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was being done, which I truly appreciated. It’s not every day you come across someone who takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about the customer experience.
