What really stood out was Jordyn's flawless communication. She kept me updated every step of the way from diagnosis to repair to picking up my truck, making sure I was never left wondering what was happening with my vehicle. Every time she reached out to give me an update it was very clear, timely and friendly! You can tell she truly values her customers and takes pride in delivering service that goes above and beyond expectations. It is truly rare to find a service advisor who combines knowledge, efficiency, and a positive attitude all in one, but Jordyn does all of that! They don't try to upsell you for things you don't need. They will only address concerns as you bring them up to them. No pressure sales. Great service. Open 7 days a week.”
“I dropped my car off at Riverside Auto Care last week due to a gas leak. They informed me that that the fuel line was damaged and they would be able to repair the car on the same day they receive the part. When I went to pick up the car, I assumed I was just going to pay for the service they provided and be on my way. Instead, the gentleman brought me outside of the shop to:1. Show me the damaged fuel line that was underneath my car and explain why/how it got damaged.2. Explained to me how the fuel line was installed.3. Explained the reasoning the cost of the service they provided.It always a bummer having to cough up money for auto repairs, but I've never experienced a auto shop going out of their way to explain in detail the what/why/how. This is something I did not ask for and it was greatly appreciated since I'm not too savvy when it comes to auto repairs. Previous auto shops I've gone to will just collect your money, hand you your keys, and you're on your way. It was definitely a great experience getting my car fixed at Riverside Auto Care.”

“Service was quick and direct. I am mainly impressed with the initial meeting between myself and the service team. Even though I own a ford flex they were happy to help! On top of that they offered rental services, and free shuttles home. When I asked how long it may take, he said he could have it done the next day. Minor things for sure but still I was so impressed with the way I was treated! So respectful and nice! I have never been treated so well by any dealership. Regardless of the price, I will always return to Southgate Lincoln in a heartbeat for all my service needs! Now to buy a new Lincoln and we will be good to go! Thank you again!”
