I also want to say my basement flooded and I would have never thought of TSC as the go to place for that. Thankfully I was there picking up a regular order and staff was able to show me that they do have pumps and different equipment you would expect to see at a hardware store so if you are shopping around for certain hardware check them out. Tires as well”

“I've had multiple visits to this Lowe's store the past 2 weeks, and I have to absolutely give credit to John. I'm not sure which department he specifically works, however, during my first visit, I brought my dog Essie with me. He seen me walking around knowingly that I needed help. He kindly asked if he could assist me. I explained to him (in female terms) what I needed. He directed me and walked across the store to show me where I needed to go and found another associate in that department to help me. During our walk across the store, we had conversations about dogs, etc.
He was beyond helpful and went above and beyond his requirements.
Yesterday, I had to go back and return an item and purchase a different one. This time I was alone. He again, walked over to help assist me. I thanked him again for helping the time prior and stated "you may not remember me", but he immediately did. He said yes, last time you had Essie. (My dog). He remembered my dogs name.
That was the best personalized customer experience that I've ever received before. He was helpful, friendly and a very knowledgeable person to encounter at a home improvement store. Which is very important being a female and not very knowledgeable regarding home improvements. I hope that he is recognized for his outstanding service that he provides, as I truly believe he's a huge asset to Southgate Lowe's.”
