“I had placed an online order for an iPhone 16 and everyone that helped me was very friendly and courteous. Ben was helpful and patient when I had a hiccup with my online order pickup. When the issue needed to be escalated to a sales rep , their sales rep Cindy helped me finish up with my pickup within a matter of minutes and made my overall experience a definite 5/5 stars.”

“I normally don't leave reviews but I feel they deserve one I can't remember her name unfortunately but wow what an amazing rep she was quick was able to zip through the port process she was able to get the account number and port pin in flash and not only that but the amazing deals they have we left with a million times nicer phones then we had it was nice to walk into a phone store and not be screwed or lied too this place is top notch and have a permanent customer”
