First, the company adapted to a Saturday schedule to accommodate our family's schedule. Also, they were consistently available to answer questions and provide reassurance, e.g., their ability to handle a difficult weather circumstance on moving day. While the crew arrived earlier than expected, it turned out to be a good thing because the move required more adaptation than expected (which might have been anticipated?). “Best Goodwill in the Grand Rapids area. The store is decent sized and more of the donations that make it on the floor are nicer than a lot of the other locations so you aren't searching through mostly junk just to find something worth buying. I miss the days before Goodwill had an online store though because they put all the best stuff online which doesn't usually seem worth it, especially when factoring in shipping. I also wouldn't donate to Goodwill but I'll still shop here, at least until the prices raise to the point of it no longer being appealing for me.”
