“I came to this location to see if I could bundle my internet with their mobile service to save some money. Previously had a T-Mobile phone plan. I was helped by employee David who was incredible when it came to saving me money while being proficient and professional. Not only did he get my internet cost lowered from $55/month to $45 /month BUT he got me their mobile unlimited plan for free for the first year on top of a free phone upgrade.
Almost sounds too good to be true, but the new phone (Galaxy A16) has been great, and I've double checked my billing statements. It's all true. I believe once my free year is up on mobile it'll be $40/month, which is still not bad at all.
I see some other reviews griping about the wait times and whatever else, but it isn't that bad. Folks just lack patience.”
“I need to return my old phones for trade-in. I had mistakenly put the return labels on the pouches, not the box. A nice man helped me get them all repackaged so I just had to drop them off at the UPS store. He was great. Another lady was there, maybe the manager, but she was a little short and snippy. She helped, but I felt like I was bothering her. I was extra polite and she then seemed fine. Maybe it was me? I would recommend stopping in if you need help. They know their business!”

“When I first walked into this Xfinity location I was greeted with a polite smile and hello from Taylor (very bright and beautiful) I had a lot of accounts on my address and needed help with making sure they were cancelled and I wasn’t paying the wrong bill. I was helped by a guy with pretty eyes and amazing black curly hair(i apologize that I don’t remember your name) I couldn’t get my Xfinity app to work he helped me get that together back up and running correctly and he reviled to me that I was getting spam emails from a fake email… thank you so very much. Taylor helped me discover that I was not wrong about everything that was going on with my account. This team of professionals helped me feel welcomed, helped me every step of the way, made me feel like coming back and referring others to get serviced by them. Thank you all so much for everything.”
“I want to add a shout out to Lance that works here. He had so many problems trying to transfer our information to our new phones but he never gave up. The IT department couldn't help him but he figured it out. He spent about 2 1/2 hours working with us and was very friendly. I cannot believe the patience he had. “The employees were very helpful courteous and knowledgeable of all the products that they carry. I believe my customer service representatives name was tiara. She seemed like she might be a little bit new but she KNEW what she was talking about. If she didn't know what she was talking about she was able to find the answer independently. She fixed my watch5 in just a few minutes. Then I switch to conversation to Verizon internet and she was able to tell me that it's in the area but it is not yet up in Alpena Michigan where I live.”
