I have loved everything about it, and felt the safest(I don’t recommend but I have left my keys in the keyhole outside my door and slept a couple times and literally nothing happened) none of my packages ever went missing even though I wasn’t home for days. “I lived here for 2 years and recently moved out as I bought a place! We loved our stay, the community is a nice place to walk around! The management (Tracey) is the best, she is always responsive and on top of everything. Super helpful on any emergencies. We had very few maintenance request over the last two years and the maintenance (Jose) is also super helpful and quick to fix everything. Our move out experience was also good and they were so transparent on all the deductions came out of my deposits. Loved that place and highly recommend if you love a quiet, clean and safe place to live!”

Maintenance was prompt, reliable, and handled issues quickly. Moving out to purchase my home was bittersweet, which says a lot about how well-managed this community is. I highly recommend Amber Apartments.”

“have never had a problem with Stacy when I had a question to ask. Everywhere we live needs updates and personal attention. Not even a brand new house is perfect it has flaws.
I will say Stacy's does make sure the complex is clean. Grown adults wanna live in the community so let's all pick up a little trash, lets all vacuum our hallway, clean the window etc.
After all we have to live hear so let's make a difference.. When your screen is hanging out your window fix it. Instead of blaming one person trying to keep a roof over everyones head in a nice location.Oh and for everyones information, Stacy has been married to the same MAN for 24 years and has a son! So why does everyone assume she is a lesbian and who cares if she was! That's the best and funny part about all this! Treat where you live not like back alley! Do your part and all the stress wouldn't be on Stacy and it will stay a happy, beautiful community. I really feel bad that everyone would puts Stacy down like they have. Buy her a box of candy, say Thank you Stacy for keeping up the building so we have a place to live. Everything take time, patience and doing our part. PLEASE stop acting like a child clean up after yourself and maybe she can have more time for for everyone! Be nice we never know what others are going through!

“Nothing but the most positive things to say about Clinton Place. From management, maintenance, the up keep , the private entry, full size washer and dryer, the quiet community and the units alone , there is no other place to call home. They are absolutely beautiful. Clinton Place has really stepped it up and these are not just your ordinary apartment they are so much more.

Maintenance is on top of everything. Every request gets completed in a very timely manner. Matt and Andrew are amazing. Very pleasant to deal with.

Emilie the property manager goes WAY ABOVE and BEYOND. There are not enough words to say how much we appreciate her. She has been so patient, understanding, helpful, has answered EVERY email sent her way even if it seemed like the same questions over and over have been asked, has stayed on top of our transition to make it a smooth transfer, kept us informed, and she simply takes care of anything and everything. She never makes you feel as if your a bother.You never have to worry as long as Emilie is in charge because she gets things done. She works so hard to keep our community running smoothly and handles everything with such professionalism.

The key behind a successful community, happy tenants, people wanting to renew leases and refer other people is simple....you need to have great management who cares about how the property is handled and Emilie does just that.

Have to say maintenance plays a huge roll as well to a successful community, and happy tenants. Staying on top of work orders and fixing things as quick as possible which they ALWAYS do here makes all the difference. Huge shout out to Matt and Andrew.

“I lived here June 2024-2025 and it was overall a good living experience. My main complaint is that marketing the complex as “luxury” is a bit of a stretch, when the unrenovated apartments look like they haven’t been updated at all since the early 2000s. I lived in an unrenovated 1 bedroom and was shocked that they bumped the rent up to $1440 after I moved out when you can see the dated kitchen flooring peeling up behind the appliances. The common areas (entryway & hallways) in my building smelled horrible with various stains on the carpeting that never got professionally cleaned or replaced, despite my multiple requests to do so. The gym is also kind of sad with aged equipment that needs to be replaced, but still gets the job done for the average person. They marketed tennis courts and a walking trail to me when I first toured this complex—in reality, the tennis courts are so overgrown and totally unmaintained that they’re unusable, and the walking trail is really just a mowed stretch of grass alongside the very loud waterpark immediately next door.

For the price I was paying in rent, I expected better out of the “luxury amenities” the website boasts. That said, the pool is wonderful in the summertime and was always clean when I used it. Neighbors are friendly but quiet. The location is perfect, with Meijer or the beautiful nature trail down the road within walking distance, and a 5 minute drive from Costco. The management and maintenance teams were among the best I’ve had renting, and I really appreciated their patience and quick responses to the various issues I’ve needed addressed. Overall I think what they’re charging is very overpriced for the value (as is the case anywhere in this rental market), but if you want quiet, drama-free living then this is the place to be. Despite my complaints above I don’t regret living here and I’m thankful to have had a primarily pleasant experience!”

“Cider mill village is a very nice community, safe, and quiet. Ive been living here for over two years lived in different units each lease term, really love it here, clean, great management specifically Shari is so nice and the rest of the team. The only thing is pay attention to the lease policies, they have very strict rules and terms.”

The previous company repeatedly lied about the state of things constantly, but this company has been up front and honest to us about fixing issues (the main one being the pool). I am very grateful that this company actually seems the care about fixing the issues instead of just blowing them off. The hallways of my building are clean and quiet. I've never once had an issue with any noise or neighbors at all. This is, speaking from personal experience, a very safe, quiet, clean, and respectful place to be.
