“I was first introduced to Huntington Bank when I was attending school at Ferris State University. Usually a school has a internal banking connection, and it just so happened to be Huntington for me. I've been with them for just over 14 years... I've got multiple bank accounts with them... and have had a variety of things happen. I've had a credit card number stolen from me... they worked with me consistently until the issue was resolved. I never had to pay for whatever the thief was buying. And rest assured they did what they could to make sure things were secure by getting me a new card number in less than 2 days. Every single Huntington that I go into, I'm always greeted by a happy and cheerful face. Very rarely do I catch someone having a bad moment or bad day... and if I do... I try to strike up some chit chat to make them realize that things aren't all so bad. Thanks Huntington for being such a reliable place to bank at!”

“Excellent selection of donuts in the morning, however they're not a 24-hour Dunkin Donuts in fact I don't even think they're open until 8 at night. I guess I'm just not used to that.”

“The ATM wasn't accepting deposits so I had to see a clerk and normally I'm nervous to speak to people but the woman who helped me was extremely kind, asked me about my day and had a smile the whole time! She didn't make me feel as if I was bothering her especially coming so close to closing time!”

“I called this particular CVS needing an urgent refill on a prescription, and Saima ("Sigh-muh") was incredibly helpful unlike my usual CVS pharmacy that basically told me I was SOL. Very thankful for good pharmacy team members!”

“I've been going to this branch since back in the Guarantee Savings days. There's been a lot of turnover in staff over the years, but everyone I've ever interacted with has been very helpful and professional. Banking these days is mostly online, but it's good to know there are associates to help me at the branch when needed. Not such a great area of town, so I only use the ATMs in the day light hours. Watch the parking lot by the walk up ATM, that first row of parking spaces is a bit tight. There's also a drive thru ATM...my fav, so so don't have to get out of the car. Lol. You can enter/exit on either Blackstone or Ashlan, but it's much quicker to do so on Blackstone. Oh, you can even make an appointment when you need to see a banker now, so that's very convenient. This location is open M-F and also on Saturday.”
