Over the last year, she has provided exceptional support, handling several currency exchange orders with the utmost professionalism. Theresa consistently goes above and beyond to ensure all my requests are addressed promptly and accurately. On my recent transaction with her, I requested three different country currency exchanges within this single order. I didn’t know how much time and extra effort was required for this request, however, she processed my request with no issues. I closed my checking account with Flagstar in 2022 due to personal reasons and I needed proof for a cashiers check that I made in 2021. I was not very hopeful of getting much help since I am no longer a customer and looking for a proof for a cashiers check in 2025, but Mariam went out of her way and spend almost an hour on phone talking to concerned people and got me the proof of my cashiers check and when it was encashed.”
