“I stopped coming here for years because of ownership simply neglecting this business. I decided to stop in when I had no choice and I had the pleasure of meeting Sebastian and Frank. A father and son who took over the business in January, I asked why the store was a little bare and they had told me they were taking all the expired/stale stuff off the shelf, and replacing it with new stuff in date. We talked for a few minutes about how the store used to do well before new owners. They’ve earned me back as a customer, the way they spoke to me with respect, but most importantly, they understood they needed to earn the trust of the community back. GOOD LUCK FRANK AND SEBASTIAN, KEEP DOING WHAT YOU GUYS DO”

“The staff here rocks… efficient & responsive. *** Staff Shoutout to Falyn, who rang up my purchase one day (and was very helpful); the next time I went back and she was there, she greeted me by name at the window(!). That really surprised and impressed me. — Today, as someone else rang me up, I saw Falyn again (sitting nearby with an elderly female customer) and noticed how engaging, kind, informative, and patient she was with that customer. What a solid human being.👊😎… I hope Walgreens knows what a gem she is! (Don’t mind the far-away last-min photo, lol.)”

“As far as 7-11 go, it was typical. A bit smaller than the ones I’ve been too. Chip selection was a bit small but has options we don’t in Canada. Gas was .10 more then down the road but cheaper then the one last that. Man working was friendly and quick ringing people out and it was clean”

“Idk why all the bad reviews. I've been going here for years, I don't have any complaints. Mostly the staff is friendly, the pharmacy is always super busy, so a lot of people are apparently using their pharmacy, and they are always rushing and working hard to lessen the wait time. They have always been kind to me, maybe the people that left the bad reviews were rude to them? If I've ever had questions they always took the time to answer them and even show me where the med is on the floor, or other items I couldn't find.”
43017 Mound Rd, Sterling Heights MI 48314
“This place is clean not all reviews are created equally..lol .. stop in here sometime and see the staff are very helpful and courteous they work hard to keep it clean in here but not all customers work hard to keep their store clean ..facts is I would much rather come to this 711 than the one at 16 and Mound they have my continue business”
