Terra is the best customer service representative I have ever had the privilege of knowing, and I brought her chips and salsa from WhiskeyTacoFoxtrot when I worked there because she deserves to be treated like Royalty. “I stopped by on a Tuesday at 2:30 pm to withdraw money. It only took 5 minutes for the associate to call me although there were four people ahead of me and that’s because they seem to run the bank efficiently. Two bankers were also available. The bank also has drive-thru. Associate was friendly.”

“Our family has been using this location for more than 20 years.Everyone there has gone over and above for us whenever we need something done. If it's something more involved they keep in touch with us and provide needed information to each other throughout the process by phone, email or mail. I like the fact that the same people are always there so they are part of our neighborhood and that is saying a lot. Todd, Janet, Debbie and Mashika are always there to help us out. Only thing I don't like is the fact that they removed the front ATM when they renovated the building which looks very nice now. It would be much better to have both. Many locations do have both and it is more convenient that way.”

I closed my checking account with Flagstar in 2022 due to personal reasons and I needed proof for a cashiers check that I made in 2021. I was not very hopeful of getting much help since I am no longer a customer and looking for a proof for a cashiers check in 2025, but Mariam went out of her way and spend almost an hour on phone talking to concerned people and got me the proof of my cashiers check and when it was encashed.”
