“I had a really good experience with the branch. Mariam Hanna went out of her way to help me out with my concern. I closed my checking account with Flagstar in 2022 due to personal reasons and I needed proof for a cashiers check that I made in 2021. I was not very hopeful of getting much help since I am no longer a customer and looking for a proof for a cashiers check in 2025, but Mariam went out of her way and spend almost an hour on phone talking to concerned people and got me the proof of my cashiers check and when it was encashed.”
