“I just wanted to give a huge THANK YOU to the wonderful ladies at this location (I wish I had the business card with me to put their names, but I believe the ladies name started with a D) Thursday I stopped in due to an issue receiving my paycheck, later to find out that an employee at a different location had changed my account completely around and my paycheck was sitting in a closed account. Despite the situation, and how messy it was, the lady taking care of me went above and beyond. She tried everything she could, made multiple calls, even brought in 2 other ladies (who were wonderful as well) to see if they could think of a way to help me. She literally tried everything. She listened to my problem, treated the situation as if she was in my shoes, and was so kind to not only me, but my 3 year old who had to tag along with me. I wish there was a way to give her the commission that the man made off of closing my account & reopening a new one without my knowledge. She deserves it more than anyone! 10/10 recommend this location for any PNC clients. Thank you for the help!!”
