“I stayed during a business trip and the hotel is expensive because of the kitchen and not well maintained and needs renovation. Overall, I enjoyed my stay as I had a lot of company colleagues staying at the same place.Rooms: The rooms are old now and need renovation as the room conditioner needed a reset every time I came back from outside. It always stopped working on it's own. The good art about the hotel is its kitchen and close vicinity to Meijer which gives you enough flexibility to cook and get your daily needs purchased from meijers. The hotels in this town usually see a low cleaning frequency (once a week maybe but not sure why!). I have been to hotels around different places and they have daily cleaning services or alternate days in the worst case but here it was too low.”

“Pleasantly surprised by this small motel. Super clean, comfortable beds. Even thought the coffee offered in the room was good. Only suggestion I would give is to let guests know when booking that they need to check in at the restaurant ( of the same name) right next door.”

“Large room with a balcony facing the lake. The room had a kitchenette with cabinets, a fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker. The bathroom has Ivory products (hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion). The room was clean and slightly updated. They serve a hot breakfast with oatmeal, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, cinnamon rolls plus coffee, juice, milk, cereal, yogurt, hardboiled eggs, toast, bagels and muffins.”

“I recently had a girl’s weekend stay at the Monogram Inn and Suites in Bridgman, Michigan and I was so impressed! The rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean, the style of the space was something I would want in my own home. The location is perfectly nestled above several shops and eateries and walking distance to the downtown area that has even more places to check out. While we did not walk to Weko beach due to the season, it was nice to know when we return in the warmer months that we have that option! I would highly recommend the Monogram Inn to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Bridgman.”

“I can't Believe the service at this Hotel ! Our robotics team stayed there. They had no one to open breakfast. So the GM and the Sales director made sure our team had a hot breakfast. Plus the front desk service was also above and beyond! She was so helpful and just amazing.Rooms: Rooms were very clean!! And very spacious. !!”

“It's No-Longer the Day's Inn, it's the Quality Inn, anyway the front desk clerk was very helpful, friendly, and did her job with a Smile. Plenty of places to eat at within walking distance, super Walmart across the street, the bed are clean, plush & comfortable, small pillows though, but clean bathroom and towels.I can see myself staying here again the next time I'm traveling this way in the future”

“Overall great stay. Clean, friendly, good breakfast. Kids had fun in the pool however all three kids had cuts on their feet after swimming that drew blood, not sure if it’s something on the bottom of the pool but kinda odd that it happened to all 3 kids. Other than that great hotel and location.”

“I was working away from home on and off for the last 6 months and always stayed at this location. The staff is very friendly and top notch. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate my visits. Immaculate rooms and great service. If you are in the area looking for lodging, do not pass this place. You'll be sorry you ”

“We visit St. Joe's often and know that Silver Beach has been renovating the hotel. We travel with our two newfies, and it is hard to find places that like big dogs. It is a work in progress, but what has been renovated is really nice. We would definitely stay again!”

“Just what I needed!! A place to rest that's clean and affordable. Very quiet and have everything you need. A mini fridge, microwave and a TV. Would definitely return!Nearby activities: You have all the fast foods located near by with great places to see the fresh waters and parks.”

“This hotel is sad! I'm glad everyone else's experience was not like mine. We had to wait aboutb 30 min to get checked in due to one person being at the front desk. We finally got our room and when we went in the sheets were visibly very dirty(red, which my husband said looked like blood and yellow spots) and a very displeasing smell reeked! At this point I don't want to stay at this hotel. The desk person came to look at the room and told us he would give us a different room. The second room refrigerator did not work and no wash cloths were left in this room. We'll never stay again.Rooms: poor appeal”

“According to the advertisement there was supposed to be a pool/hot tub and a resturaunt. There was neither of those things, there wasn’t even any coffee in the lobby.. the room itself was pretty decent, nice comfortable beds and clean bedding and a nice tv with internet access and a nice bathroom. That was the only thing going for it. If all I wanted for my group was a nice bed and bathroom I would’ve booked the $50 motel room down the road. No, I wanted to relax in the pool/hot tub and get drunk at the restaurant in the lobby so I paid the rediculous price that they charged for none of those things. I would highly recommend finding a different hotel if you want any of those things. The Marriott down the road was about the same price and I will be going there next time.”
