He explained to us of course that some codes he may not be able to offer solutions for which ofcourse we understood. But the codes he did get he explained to us in detail and also told us which parts we would need and a full break down of the costs. He was so informative and friendly and we were so beyond grateful for his help as we were super stressed out about the check engine light.
