Mac and the crew were so kind and helpful with everything, and even gave me a large deal on an item that they didn’t have to do. I have been going back so often ever since and it never disappoints. Not to mention, everyone needs to go and try their amazing pizza!”

“My car broke down at the park next-door, and I went in the store for the first time. Was helped by a gentleman named Bam (good looking lol ) My phone was dead along with the battery to my car so I couldn’t even charge it. I went into buy a charger for the wall, asking to use the electricity. They didn’t have a charge of it fit my phone for the wall, but he had his own personal charger and was willing to charge my phone up for me.. Not only is the customer service out of this world, but the store is clean well stocked every drink imaginable from liquor to pop and an ice cream/chicken place to eat hands-down if you’re in the area and you need a store this is the place to go to. “AMAZING!! we have passed by this place Many times and picked up many DoorDash orders from here. Then, I seen a review on youtube, from Detroit food review, I believe his name is Scott. I highly recommend his channel! He goes to some great places! The Cordial Shoppe is one, and has THE ABSOLUTE BEST subs!!!! We had the steak and cheese and the Italian. The bread was awesome on both. The steak and cheese was delicious. I couldn't quite place what it was, I don't know if it was salt or more sauce that I needed, but it was still very good. The Italian blew my mind. Sooooo gooood. It was absolutely perfect. I wouldn't have changed a thing. I totally recommend this place. They do seem to get pretty busy. so you might want to do an online order.”

“I have to tip my hat to the latest owner and operator of Goddard liquor store. There has been 2 other owners since I started shopping there as a kid and the previous owner was great and will always be remembered and loved by the neighborhood but I must say the neighborhood is lucky to have gotten the new owner. He cares not only about the service being A1 but also the store and the products being tip top. The store has tremendously improved on all aspects over the last 7 to 8 months. I've been shopping at this store since I was 14 years old and this is the best version it's ever been. Clean updated and new items coming in every week. Top selection of liquors as a liquor store should have. I recommend you come check it out for yourself if you're someone who quit coming after old man Sam retired, I'd bet you would be pleasantly surprised to see how much it has improved. The 2 employees I met were excellent and very friendly and I believe the younger guy was there for years as well and I received nothing but great service from them unlike the sunglass wearing guy that is no longer there anymore I believe. Don't take my word for it tho go see for yourself or don't. THANKS Samir for making my neighborhood store way better then anyone thought possible.”

“We've being going here since Johnny was the owner 20+ years ago. Then Johnny disappeared and the place went to crap. New owners as of recent are great. Friendly, talkative and polite. Doing a lot of upgrades and the place is looking nice. The new letters going up prompted this review. The variety of alcohol is amazing for the location. I mean they have Land Shark Lager! Good hard liquor selection too. Bourbon prices are not as high as the 3 places in Allen Park, but not as low as the grocery store.”
