“My dad and I have been coming here for 7+ years and my sis/grandparents longer. The owner is really cool and Mike is the best thing about the shop. He sits back and talks with you. The longer you come the more personal they can be when it comes to what you like buying. There’s a younger lady with colored hair (i apologize I forgot her name) I’ve been helped by her a few times and if she doesn’t know the answer off the top of her head, she won’t BS you just to buy something (to be fair all of the employees will do that especially if a newer product) but she’s taken it a step beyond to look it up. And if it’s something that gives a shaky answer online, she actually recommends to do a tad more research before just buying something and ingesting it. If there’s something that you want and they don’t have it, as long as your a normal customer they will move heaven and earth to get it for you. It just may cost a bit more but for the extra help and service…well worth it”
