“The staff here were so friendly and kind. I am on a medication that has been out of stock and on back order for a while and had been unable to fill through Express Scripts. I called this CVS and the pharmacist, Zayna, offered to add me to the waitlist for when the medication became available again. Well, this afternoon I got a text that it was ready and was finally able to get my medication! I know the store doesn’t have any control over when the shipments come in from the manufacturer but I still really appreciate her going above and beyond to put me on the waitlist since it helped to me get my medication, which has truly made my day! ?”
“This pharmacy and its pharmacists have taken such good care of me that I have to share this. About 10 years ago when the opioid epidemic had pharmacists too scared to prescribe narcotics, I agitated a bulging disk and ended up in agony. No one would risk filling the script! Nowhere! I walked in to Menard, talked to the pharmacist and he told me, "If your doctor is legit, you will NEVER have a problem with me." And he kept his word. I NEVER HAD AN ISSUE.Since then, I moved too far away to stay with him. But today 3-28-24 I needed glucose strips for a no code monitor and couldn't find any pharmacy inside 20 miles that carried them. I Called Menard...OF COURSE they had what I needed! Same pharmacist, same building. It is a shame he didn't remember me because I NEVER forgot him. If you like being treated with real human decency, you owe it to your self to try this pharmacy. I'd send my own mother there. If it wasn't 40 miles away now, I never would have left.”
“Got both doses of my covid vaccination here. The process was incredibly easy, and I would have been in and out in 2 minutes, had the pharmacist not advised me to stick around for 15 or so minutes (so she could provide medical treatment if I were to have a bad reaction).The pharmacist that administered the vaccine was also extremely knowledgeable. She answered all of my vaccine related questions from memory and really knows her stuff.Excellent service and the staff clearly cares about their patients!”
“Best pharmacy around. Full service pharmacy for people and specializes in pet medications, AND does compounding on site with free delivery anywhere in Metro Detroit. Why compound in Arizona and wait 1-3 weeks when you can have your compounding medication or human medication delivered in 1-2 days. Call them today!”

My mom was sick and out of driving range for deliveries and Sam delivered anyway. They go out of their way to help. Makes you feel like family. Thank you.”

“Following the renovation this store now carries a huge selection of goods. It has a wonderful produce section, deli, and fresh seafood section which I shop several rimes a week. They carry lots of organic selections as well throughout the store. It also has a bank and pharmacy. My only complaint is that since the renovation I still have problems finding some items. Hours are 7am to midnight. I find that the best selection is available early in the day. This store is very popular and the parking lot is usually full from about 1pm to 7 or 8 pm.”

“I just want to give a shoutout to Theresa, who I spoke to on the phone tonight (I apologize if I misheard that name!!). I picked up a prescription recently during a pretty busy time at the store, and I paid more than I expected. Didn't speak up at the time; it wasn't too much of a difference... but it was on my mind a week later, so I called and asked about it.
This amazing woman looked up my prescription from last week, ran my insurance, confirmed the lower cost for me (the system defaulted to a previously used coupon rather than my insurance, no big deal), and she let me know exactly what to do to get a refund for the difference. Thank you for taking the time to look into that for me, and for being so polite over the phone!”
“There's nothing to really rave on a out here, it runs surprisingly well considering Taylor Meijer is quite a show... I don't ever have any issues with the pharmacy technicians and they are helpful. I almost didn't give 5 stars but that would've been unfair as I loath the main building they are in.... the pharmacy staff is swell though”
