“Recently one of my ship to store order was sent to Macy's Southland store in error. It would have taken me over an hour each way to drive to this store to pick up the order. I was able to reorder one item in my order while the other item in the order was sold out. I contacted the store and left a message with the contact I was given, Elizabeth (Administration office?). Update, July 2026. I need to upgrade my 40-year-old Yamaha receiver that I purchased in Okinawa Japan. Thanks to the helpful staff at Best buy, I was able to purchase an incredible Denon 7.2 surround sound system with Martin Logan speakers and two Sonos 10-inch subs. This system sounds incredible! A little bit pricey and they did knock off a couple hundred dollars off the total purchase which was a bonus! I am extremely satisfied with my purchase!”

It took some time with my phone but the staff were extra patient and helped answer all of our questions.
