This is the best automated car wash in all of Traverse City! We have been coming here pretty much since they opened. We purchase the VIP wash tag which is so convenient!
Any time of year I pull up to the VIP lane(s), my Tag is scanned, I pull through and the attendants power spray and soft scrub my cars trouble spots and then I drive through the wash. Easy peasy. Afterwards I can take as much time as I want to vacuum out my car with the very powerful and efficient vacuums. There is a mat washer I use often, they even have a scrub brush and bucket for use. I also use the compressed air to blow out any errant runs and drips. I never feel hurried as I chamois and spray my car, wash my windows. Ive met some really great people (and dogs) there, someone whom are my friends now.

“Oil change was finished quickly but they checked nothing else saying it all looked okay. Told me I had a rear seal leaking. I will have that checked elsewhere to confirm. Hope he was correct.”
“If you want the best, you start here. My truck has not looked this good since I purchased it and drove it off the lot. Worth the money. I am retired and have tons of time. I know how much work it is and my time is very valuable therefor its best they do it for me. I am pleased with the work performed and the results. If you want a Rolex detail this is the place. You want Seiko detail, go elsewhere. Thx guys. Good job.”

“i live ~250mi away and went through this car wash one time during a vacation. it’s been a month since then and that single wash still lives rent-free in my head.
i love that you can pick between touchless and soft-touch. the car in front of me got the latter and it was really cool seeing how the setup allowed both types of washes. i got a touchless wash. it was 11pm and i’ll never not be a sucker for 24/7 washes.
this was also my first time getting ceramic spray (hard to find at home w/o driving 10+ mi out). i was pleasantly surprised not just by how shiny my car was, but also by how much nicer the surface felt compared to a regular wash. it was so smooth and dirt rinses off more easily.
overall 10/10.”

“Shout out to this Shell gas station for putting my faith back in humanity. I forgot my lunch at home today and realized I also didn't have any cash or my debit card with me. I did however, have apple pay with $11 on it. So I went in today to get a drink and a snack but my Apple pay would not work. No matter what we tried or how many times we tried it wouldn't work. I stepped aside to try to figure out what was going on with it and fix it and after what seemed like an eternity I still couldn't get it to work. The two employees who were there showed great compassion and said they would take care of it and handed me my drink and snack. I went out to my car and just cried because nothing like that has ever happened to me. Every company NEEDS more employees like these two. I go to this gas station quite a few times every week and had never seen them there before. I hope I see them on future trips to let them know I will pay it forward for them and their act of kindness today will not go unnoticed. Thank you employees of Shell!”

“Ethan and Jake were the best. I’m from Wisconsin and thought I was having oil troubles after my drive into town. I called ahead of time, and all the guys knew who I was and what the situation looked like because Ethan passed along the info. Jake checked on everything, gave me the green light, topped off a couple fluids, and didn’t charge me a cent.
I’d be coming here every time if I didn’t live 6.5 hours away.”
