“All you need to know is how fantastic this whole crew is! They made getting a new mattress and frame with all the accessories so easy and quick.
I called Comfort Center at 4:30pm on a Saturday 90 minutes before close hoping to get some information about getting a mattress setup quickly for my pregnant wife as we moved into our new home. Bill assured me we could get it done if I came in that day even as they were closing. Within 30 minutes I found the perfect setup and the moving crew had everything packed in the truck by the time I signed the paperwork. The whole crew was friendly and knowledgeable, not pushy and made sure to ask the important questions before I made an impulsive decision. All in all, I had our new bed installed in our room 90 minutes after calling to inquire about their help. Please support this local family business, they have an amazing stock and insanely fair prices. Thank you Bill, Jim and the rest of the crew whose names I didn’t catch. You made my pregnant wife a very happy, comfortable lady! We will be back soon to look at furniture!”

Did they communicate with me throughout the entire process and try everything in their power to help our situation? Also yes. We finally got our furniture that we ordered in March this week and honestly, it's even better than expected. “Today ice was stuck to the top of my suburban after the huge snow storm. I tried to clear it before leaving the house but it would not budge. While at a stop light, it was like an avalanche of snow going onto my windshield from the top of my vehicle. I could not see and had to exit my vehicle. I was trying hard to get the snow off and it wouldn't budge. There was a comfort center truck in front of me, the young guy got out and saved the day! He cleared my windshield off completely! He was so very kind. I have never been into comfort center, but I plan to now. I didn't catch your name, but thank you from the bottom of my heart!”
“My remote screen snowed over on my old reliable 7 year old SN bed. Was almost sure I wouldn't be able to replace it with newer technology always replacing the old. Dreading the two hour drive to Traverse City I decided it would be best to call first because I want to be disappointed if I was unable to replace my remote. To my surprise they had me in their system and was able to confirm my model with the replacement model I would need. There was no trip needed. Paid over the phone and had it shipped directly to my home. Delivery was several days, and I was assured if I had any issues setting it up to just call back. Of course I had issues! Embarrassed, I waited a couple of days and called asking for help. I have the dinosaur model, no bells, no whistles, just move my air numbers up and down. It took a couple of tries but a very patient man walked me through setting up the remote a couple of times without making me feel like an old folkie! Your customer service is excellent! Your professional patience admirable! My next bed will definitely be a sleep number not just because of the comfort, but because of the customer service after purchase!”
