“Went to the store on Front Street in TC searching for shoes and a pack for a day hike. Had researched online, and while I typically would have purchased these online, I wanted to get recommendations and try on different items. I'd also been to a large outdoor hiking retailer in a larger city that underwhelmed me. Wow, was I pleasantly surprised. I walked out with a new pair of hiking shoes from a brand I hadn't researched (that I love), and info on a pack to research that the store didn't have in stock, but would order. I had tried on some packs with a 10 lb load. I ended up going back a few days later and buying a day pack that's perfect. On both trips I had great service from very knowledgeable and friendly employees, with no pressure to buy. And the prices were very competitive - the pack was actually less than that large hiking retailer. Definitely will return for future purchases.”

“Store was super clean. Staff were friendly. I was offered a bag to shop with. Fitting rooms were clean and no wait to get into the fitting room. Slight line at cash register but that is to be expected shopping prime time on the weekend. Cashier called for back up once the line got to 3 people.”

Update: came in a few days later and was helped by Margaret excellent sales associate only one in the shop juggling phone calls and two different people but never made anybody feel like they were standing around and waiting.
She also helped us save some money, as well It's getting my suit jacket fit it up and tailored so it Fits me perfectly. Thanks again Margaret ??”

“I come to this store every time I'm in town, their shirts make the best gifts. You can find a design for everyone and the shirts themselves are soft and don't shrink. Staff is always nice, especially the manager David, who is consistently kind and welcoming even when we went in right at closing time without realizing it, and he kept the store open late for us while still conversing with a genuine smile on his face. 10/10 great people, place, and products.”
