“On our way to a weeklong trip in Traverse City, our A/C stopped working on our vehicle. Despite a full schedule, Dave made the time for us to bring the car by and did everything he could to fix our A/C during our short visit to town including overnighting parts and working past closing time to get us back on the road. He went above and beyond, and his communication throughout the process was great. He is a knowledgeable and thorough mechanic and I would highly recommend. Thank you Dave.”

I was the 3rd vehicle in line, and the crew was nice enough to let me know there may be a longer wait than usual. I was pleasantly surprised to see how quickly they worked to make sure my wait wasn't that long.
