“I have mixed feelings about this place. On one hand, it has just about everything you could need and a very large convenience store. On the other hand, it feels like the property has been allowed to run down a bit over the years. Gas prices are usually in line with what you'll find elsewhere in the area. The convenience store carries a huge selection, likely because of the engine plant down the street and the thousands of employees who work there. They definitely cater to that crowd. The location is in a safe area, although it sits at a busy intersection. Even so, traffic is generally manageable. I don't stop here very often since I'm usually not in the area when I need gas, but when I am nearby, it's a convenient place to fill up and grab a few things.”

“Since the new ownership has started the place has just bloomed. The outside of the building looks freshly repainted and bright colors. The gas pump areas clean and they keep ontop of not letting their garbage getting out of control. The inside is clean and everything looks neat. The couple staff members I met were nice. The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.
