“Great service! Had to call on a Sunday during less than preferred conditions for a tow. The driver was prompt and experienced. The cost was better than I'd have expected for the day and weather. Got my car picked up and dropped off quickly and securely. Would definitely use this towing company again, especially while downriver.”
“I dropped my car off at Riverside Auto Care last week due to a gas leak. They informed me that that the fuel line was damaged and they would be able to repair the car on the same day they receive the part. When I went to pick up the car, I assumed I was just going to pay for the service they provided and be on my way. Instead, the gentleman brought me outside of the shop to:1. Show me the damaged fuel line that was underneath my car and explain why/how it got damaged.2. Explained to me how the fuel line was installed.3. Explained the reasoning the cost of the service they provided.It always a bummer having to cough up money for auto repairs, but I've never experienced a auto shop going out of their way to explain in detail the what/why/how. This is something I did not ask for and it was greatly appreciated since I'm not too savvy when it comes to auto repairs. Previous auto shops I've gone to will just collect your money, hand you your keys, and you're on your way. It was definitely a great experience getting my car fixed at Riverside Auto Care.”

He was professional, friendly and was such a life saver. Great guy that represented the business in such an honorable way. Stranded in the dark, in an ice storm and was so appreciative of his kindness and getting us to a hotel safely while our car needed fixing the next day. “I've used Tel Wick Towing in the past and never had an issue with their service, but last week I was out for a walk with my daughter and the Tel Wick tow truck driver pulled over, said hello, and offered her a Hot Wheels car. She absolutely loved it, and I must say how cool it is that such a simple gesture that probably didn't take much time or effort from the driver was able to make such a positive impact. When choosing a tow truck company, we normally don't put too much thought into it because hey, it's just a tow, they do their job, I just want a fair price. But to do a good job AND have great service, I will always select Telwick when able to.”
