“The store is always very clean. There's never someone on the floor to answer any questions you may have or need help looking for something. I'm in the Rewards Program and have been for years, I've just NEVER received an award, not sure how that works.”
“There is plenty of parking and the double doors open automatically when exiting. The store provides clearance sales on clothing for children, women, and men. There are also some scrubs uniform clothing for those in Healthcare ( tops, bottoms, jackets sold separately). I love the furniture buys including bedroom, dining, and living room. However, you must provide your own transportation for furniture purchases. The prices are very reasonable especially if your on a budget. Staff is always courteous when I shop there.”

“Went there the first time the other day to find some clothes. Ended up staying over 2 hrs and truly got some amazing outfits. Let’s not forget their home goods, shoes and OH, the facial care products! My new go to for a quick, nice, reaonsable outfit! Great prices and selection!”
“Great Annie's place inside. Didn't get 5 for Meijer because it was difficult to get a direct # for the the Allen park store while on our way to Florida my daughter left her phone and trying to customer service to check at the food court she didn't. So we had turn around and thankfully the young man at Annie's kept it.”

“Updating to take away a star due to phone service. I’ve called at various times of the day, on multiple different days, attempting to reach different departments. I’ve never once had someone actually answer the phone. The line rings and rings until disconnecting.
I always receive great customer service, I almost always find what I’m looking for, and even when it’s very busy, check out is fast.”
“The workers were friendly, bottle return was veryyyy busy but clean for the heavy traffic. I love the self-service for cash from bottles instead of waiting in line. I don't enjoy shopping in big stores and for long times, due to my legs hurting. In and done works great for me.”

“For the most most part, the line was long it move very quickly. People are very friendly. I know it’s too small for layaway, but that’s how they get a lot of their money through layaways so I hate that they canceled that I wish they would bring that back and parking is good there.”

“Usually do my weekly grocery shopping here. Staff is really friendly. The location really upgraded after the renovations. Things are really easier to find compared to the other locations. Never really had any stocking issues either.
The Tesla superchargers make this place gold if you have an EV. Fastest chargers in the area.”
“Recently one of my ship to store order was sent to Macy's Southland store in error. It would have taken me over an hour each way to drive to this store to pick up the order. I was able to reorder one item in my order while the other item in the order was sold out. I contacted the store and left a message with the contact I was given, Elizabeth (Administration office?). Elizabeth called me back the same day and was very pleasant. She went above and beyond to ensure I would get my order. I received my order today. Thank you Elizabeth and the Macy Southland team!!”

“I love this store. I get my cats food here as recommended by my veterinarian. Friendly staff. Clean store, but it smelled highly of rubber, like a tire store. That's the only reason for the 4 stars.”
