“I just had the best Customer Service from Adisa!!! I was desperately trying to get into the bank before they closed. I called to let them know I was coming, but a construction incident slowed my travel and made my arrival time exactly 5:00. Adisa was patient and kind! She stayed late to ensure my transaction was handled properly. She is always kind and friendly when I go to this location.

Branch Manager Theresa would make contact with customers in the lobby to minimize the wait and answer any banking questions. Paris the Banker was outstanding in expediting my financial needs and providing a great insight on investments and products. Its nice to see "Old School" customer care at a time where it seems to be non-existent. If you need banking with a touch of care and professionalism this location is highly recommended.”

But I will say that they didn't notify me via email but instead via mail that an issue had arose which took a while to arrive because it had been 7 days since the letter had been sent.”

“This is the most conveniently located PNC branch for where I do most of the errands. Normally I use the drive-up ATM or drive-up window. Always have experienced friendly, efficient, accurate service. This is not our main branch but is a great alternative for us to get much of our banking done.”
