“This probably one of the less assuming Genisys's (that's a real word I just made up), smaller and tucked away in the corner of a strip mall but the service is exceptional, particularly Shawanda Estelle. I applied for a small personal loan and she was beyond helpful. She made me feel like I was her top priority and genuinely a sweet, kind person. Several months later my daughter was looking to finance a car and I knew right where to send her, and once again the personal service was outstanding, which in turn made me look good in my daughter's eyes. The app is user friendly and intuitive, my only small critique is the ATM. Abit outdated. To make a deposit it needs to feed you an envelope, you fill it out and feed it back. Because of this it has to be manually checked in by staff which takes longer to hit your account which can take a couple days.”

Jose was polite, helpful and took the time to address my questions and provide me with clear answers. The teller that helped me, I don't know her name. but was kind and helped me get through it. So I left and came back with the cash and was greeted professionally by the same teller. Thank you miss. “Unbelievable this bank has such low rating. I went through it and realized most of it is not due to staff instead ATM not working properly or phone calls not being pleasant.
This bank has a wonderfully friendly atmosphere that makes every visit a pleasure. Place got energy bec of the staff there, specially Sue who not only is knowledgeable but also genuinely humorous, creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience. Whether it’s a routine transaction or a complex inquiry, they handle everything with a smile and a bit of humor. Their customer service truly makes banking feel personal and stress-free. The low review is also bec ppl don’t leave positive reviews and only ppl with negative experience leaves review, getting the avg review low.”
