I had an amazing experience working with DELLEEN. She went above and beyond in helping me pick out the perfect perfume for my mother. She really took her time to understand what I was looking for, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure I felt confident in my decision.
What stood out the most was how patient and knowledgeable she was. She didn’t rush me at all — she genuinely wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied before I made my purchase. That level of care is rare.
On top of that, she let me know that if I needed anything else or had any questions, I could always reach out to her for help. That kind of professionalism and follow-through makes a huge difference.

“Mark is the man. I walked in later in the day and he was so prompt with everything but not rushing me at all. I'm extremely happy with his personable approach and level of service I received. He did not have to go the extra mile, but he did and solved a huge issue for me. The other employees, although I didn't interact with them as much, were kind and the store was immaculate because they have pride in what they do there. I don't give many high reviews on Yelp but I couldn't help it this time. I had high expectations before coming in and was still blown away. I'll be back for my next suit, no doubt.”

“Much better than most Walmarts. More organized and Greeters here actually Greet you. Not look at u like they're upset u came bc now they have to open their mouths and SPEAK. Roseville's location is littered w/nothing but Eastside Detroit customers bc Walmart refuses to add a location there, and Roseville police precense is needed ALL day for random retail frauders etc, and half the makeup/skin care is locked up so I have to wait for someone who has a key to show up to open it up/check me out separately bc I cant walk away without immediately paying(it's that bad). Sorry but Birmingham is a totally different atmosphere...more relaxed and trusting. Fraud is everywhere, but this location has far less, according to the lowered security etc. I will return whenever in this area! Just more pleasant....”

“Nordstrom is one of my go to stores at Somerset. Clean, organized store and the staff are friendly. Nordstrom also has a great return policy. I needed to return an item that I put in my car's trunk and just forgot about it. I finally brought in my return; four months later. They still accepted it.”
