Saks Fifth Avenue is an elite store with high prices, considered too rich for some. The experience can be a hit or miss, sometimes depending on how a customer is dressed. Many find the staff, especially in the fragrance and Dior sections, to be wonderful, super nice, and going above and beyond to help. Associates are personable and work to ensure customers are happy before leaving. The store offers great variety and serves as a form of therapy shopping for some, despite occasional issues over matters like commission.
I came to Saks fifth looking for a purse and a pair of sunglasses, Nawal Helped me find everything I needed the exact price I wanted and style. She was very very kind and helpful. The kind of sales associate I am definitely going to look for the next time I return to this store, which I am looking forward too!!

Great service! Rona is awesome. Always has a great selection but if there's something they don't have on hand, they offer free shipping to my house.
