“I had an outstanding experience at Von Maur, and I can’t say enough about my sales associate, Tyler.

I came in on Thursday needing an outfit for a Saturday wedding, which was a very tight turnaround. Tyler immediately put me at ease and did an exceptional job helping me select a sport coat, dress shirt, tie, and pants. She offered her professional opinions on style, fit, and color combinations while still allowing me to choose a look that reflected my own personal style. I never felt pressured, and she was respectful of both my preferences and my budget.

What impressed me even more was the level of customer service from the entire team. Tyler coordinated with the seamstress, who went above and beyond to complete all of the alterations in time for the wedding. Despite the short notice, they made it happen without compromising quality.

It’s refreshing to see employees who are genuinely dedicated to meeting their customers’ needs and delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Tyler’s expertise, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction are exactly why I’ll be returning to Von Maur. Highly recommended

“I have to say that this is the best Kohl's location that I've been to in years. There are several that are around my area, and most of them have only automated checkout kiosks,with the occasional return station that's covered by a human being.

Now, don't get me wrong, I actually don't mind automated kiosks, but there is something to be said about live interaction with people when it comes to checking out my clothing items. This location has no automated checkout kiosks, and I'm very happy for it.

The selection was a lot better than in most others. Again, I don't know if Kohl's has different distributors for similar products or what, but I do feel as though this was much more appealing, cleanly kept, and better organized and managed than most locations.

I must confess, I really hadn't shopped Kohl's that much for myself in several years; it was mainly for my family. Now, however, I'm really considering them for a lot of my new clothing choices. The quality of their selection is a lot higher, regardless of where it was actually manufactured, be it Vietnam, India, the U.S., or Mexico.

It seems as though they now have a higher standard, at least at this location, than the others that I've visited. So, I guess consider me coming back.”

“So glad to finally have one of these stores near me! The prices on pet food can't be beat! They also have tons of other items for less than you can get it anywhere else. I always check here before other big box hardware stores.”

“Finally got rid of the majority of double racks in the women's clothing department. It makes it much easier to shop for women's tops and pants. There are also less items on the floors which makes it nice to shop. This is one of the busiest Burlington's in the area, and the check out line can get really long with a long wait time as well. Need to improve the checkout times that would keep people from walking away without their purchase.”

“Meijer has excellent fruit. The prices on their food is reasonable. The prices are competitive with the other budget friendly stores. They have flowers, plants and a big selection of pet food.”

“The recent renovation at the Rochester Hills Target looks fantastic! The store feels so much brighter, clean, and incredibly well laid out, making it easy to pop in and find what you need without hassle.
I was especially impressed by the grocery section. The produce is exceptionally fresh, with a great variety—including unique fruits and vegetables you’d typically expect to find at a specialized produce market rather than a big-box store. Plus, they stay ahead of the game with trendy items; I was thrilled to easily grab Ka’Chava, FlavCity protein powders, and a great selection of cold brews! Excellent prices, top-tier setup, and friendly staff. Easily one of the best locations around!”

“This store has gone above and beyond to the call of duty for my family! We take advantage of the curbside pickup service because I have a weaker immune system than most, and we are amazed at the speed and accuracy that our orders are ready, and how quickly they are at our vehicle when we arrive. On several occasions we tried to tip the representative handling our order and they refused to accept it! When we do have to go inside the store to get an item, there are always clean carts waiting for us and the checkout lines are fast and efficient! You folks are doing an amazing job, especially with the feeling that the staff is always working on keeping the store clean and as safe as a place can be under these circumstances!!!! Keep up the great work, there are a lot of people that appreciate the work that you are doing to help keep us safe!!!! “First visit here, since pre covid. EVERYONE was wearing masks properly. All employees friendly and helpful. Many of the aisles are being revamped- lots of aisles have no signage up yet. Still out of quite a few items. Why is there no diet squirt anywhere? Toothpaste was wiped out, as was Advil, Tylenol section. No lines a bottle return !”

“clearly, all walmarts are not created equal. i used to only go to walmart out of desperation or bc there was a big enough sale on something i couldn't find anywhere else. between my own experiences and the memes online, my opinion of walmart was pretty low. i didn't like the store, the employees or the customers. hated the parking lot. hated the font in their logo. just loathed everything about it. but one day, i had to go into this particular walmart and i've had to rethink my overall perception of this chain. not only are the aisles relatively neat (could be better) but they're well-stocked. employees are helpful. customers are fully clothed and have all their teeth. and they're open 24 hours! i was pleasantly surprised. so why not 5 stars? bc it's still walmart, not target. that's why.”

“Clean store, friendliness of staff, pricing is reasonable, but a lot of my requested items online with Walmart + and in store aren’t in stock. Sometimes frustrating, than I have to make another in store trip to Meijer.”
