Foot Locker Troy is a popular store for athletic footwear, apparel, and accessories. It offers a wide selection of shoes for activities like basketball, running, and training, featuring major brands such as Nike, adidas, Jordan, PUMA, Reebok, and many others. The store is known for its friendly atmosphere and helpful staff, with some employees, like Mikhaal and Lana, providing outstanding service and going above and beyond to assist customers. The store is clean and well-organized, making shopping easy. Customers appreciate being able to return items, especially when buying from affiliated brands like Eastbay. However, some reviews mention that service can be slow, with staff sometimes not greeting customers promptly or waiting to be approached. Overall, Foot Locker Troy is a reliable place to find quality athletic shoes, with knowledgeable staff ready to help, especially those who prioritize good customer service.
I’m am leaving a review for this location to inform management to invest in training their employees on good customer service. To be located in such an up-scale mall and be lacking in this capacity is absolutely unacceptable!

I had a great experience at the store yesterday thanks to Foot Locker employee Adrina. I am disabled and she went above and beyond to help me not only find the sneaker I was looking for but also to help me pay and put my purchase in my backpack. If only every store I went into had an Adrina. Thank you!!
