I am always in and out, but today I felt weird vibes from two employees that were wearing tiny athletic shorts and jackets. Noticed them mostly talking to the male customers, flirting and all and making no sales.. They were standing around and talking about women in the store. One was petite and wore glasses, and the other tall with her hair pulled back messily. They have no place in a store/business that thrives on customer service like this.”

I had an amazing experience working with DELLEEN. She went above and beyond in helping me pick out the perfect perfume for my mother. She really took her time to understand what I was looking for, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure I felt confident in my decision.
What stood out the most was how patient and knowledgeable she was. She didn’t rush me at all — she genuinely wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied before I made my purchase. That level of care is rare.
On top of that, she let me know that if I needed anything else or had any questions, I could always reach out to her for help. That kind of professionalism and follow-through makes a huge difference.

“I went into the Aldo store today, not feeling my best. As an older man, I sometimes get dizzy, especially when I forget to take my medication, which unfortunately happened that day. While I was trying to steady myself, a young lady working there I believe she said her name was Marleen, she noticed I wasn’t feeling well. She immediately came over with concern and asked if I needed help. When I told her what had happened, she kindly offered to buy me a bottle of water out of her own pocket.
