“I just got done shopping at the Oakland Mall Hot Topic and had the best experience provided by Ericka!
I had to try on clothes 3 times because of my body figure, the clothes I asked for were all up high so the attendent working the floor, Ericka had to use the hook the whole time she was helping me. I felt nervous having to ask her so repetitively, but she put my mind at ease about my bothersome requests by stating that this is her job and she loves working it. She certainly did her part today as she was so personable and efficient.
As I was done shopping, Ben provided my checkout. He was very nice and clear about the deals and how my money was being spent. He even provided me with the information I needed to leave this review which in turn, I hope helps them!

“Today I visited the old navy store with my son, to pick up a few uniforms for school. The person that helped me was so kind, she helped me find pants to shirts for him.While in the store he asked her if a mario brothers bookbag was free and she kindly replied no it's $13. He looked at that bookbag and I knew he wanted it but I couldn't buy it today. To my surprise, when I checked out the cashier stated, I have something for you at the end of the counter. The lady that helped me had purchased to bookbag for him. I almost started crying in the store.
Thank you for the kindness you showed my little one, we will never forget what you did today. Old Navy you now have a regular costumer. I will return back to buy that sweet lady lunch!!

“They what they are, fast fashion at a great price. They have what's trendy, and some things I'm not sure about but I'm not a fashionista by any means. We can always count on H&M for a solid selection of basics like jeans, t-shirts, and sweaters. Thus last time they had some really cute dresses on clearance from the holidays!”

“Good place to shop, VERY expensive prices!!! The clothing selection there is very interesting from a teenager's point of view. They also have some unique items such as a "Joshua Tree" in a can, miniature tube man for your desk, etc. I wish that we saw Urban Outfitters get it's own separate store in Michigan.”

“Mark is the man. I walked in later in the day and he was so prompt with everything but not rushing me at all. I'm extremely happy with his personable approach and level of service I received. He did not have to go the extra mile, but he did and solved a huge issue for me. The other employees, although I didn't interact with them as much, were kind and the store was immaculate because they have pride in what they do there. I don't give many high reviews on Yelp but I couldn't help it this time. I had high expectations before coming in and was still blown away. I'll be back for my next suit, no doubt.”
“Shopping for a spring break trip, and was helped by Cameron. What a great guy. I’ve never had such a kind salesman. He humbly offered help but was never pushy and allowed me to think and walk around the store without having cloths shoved infront of me. Made the shopping experience so great and he even swapped out something I was going to buy for a newer version of the same item. Anybody going to J Crew make sure you ask for Cameron and your for sure going to have a relaxing experience shopping.”

“Shout to the short Indian/Arabic dude. I didn’t catch his name sadly. This guy went above and beyond finding me sizes and giving me alternative options to the shoes I was initially coming to buy. He got my sizes even though I was asking for many different sizes and he didn’t complain at all, he was always helpful patient and wanted me to walk out happy. GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE, honestly I would only come back to this store at this location for this dude otherwise I’ll shop online.Only part of the experience that was awful that made me want to not buy the white Air Force 1s and I was so close to leave them was because of the cashier. Just very rude, not helpful, no thank you or anything. That was a bummer.”

“This is a long post but well worth it when a person does an excellent job! I stopped here on 4/27/18 to purchase several pair of shoes for my 3 daughters. Everyone walked by and didnt acknowledge if I needed help. I almost walked out. But, 1 person came out I hadnt seen. Starr is her name! She was exceptional, patient and knowledgeable. Informed me of prices and sales on various shoes. Checked and ordered others online that werent in the store. I appreciate people like her that take the time and have a positive attitude. I told her from now on I only want her to assist me when I go back for more shoes, including other family and friends. I am in the process of calling her manager as well to give her a huge compliment. Starr you are the bomb! I see you as an excellent manager. Keep it up! These 5 stars are all because of you!!”

I wish this location had a wider selection of formal women’s wear, or at least complete sets (i.e. navy dress pants were available, but no navy blazers to match), but I understand that this isn’t necessarily up to the store’s staff to decide.”
