I recently had a hit and run and Beth knowing I am busy college student worked with me and my busy schedule to get it situated so that I was without a car. Howe is so easy with scheduling and gets the job done much quicker than expected. The rental car place was taking a while to pick me up from the collision shop and Beth and Erin who work the front desk offered to take me over so I wasn’t sitting there. Whoever works in the back does an amazing job as every time we’ve picked up a vehicle it looks as if the damage never happened! They set a high standard and it shows!!!”

“This review is long overdue. Over the summer, my car engine seized on the highway an hour away from home, and after waiting hours for an insurance tow truck that never showed, I called On the Hook Towing. Jesse showed up in under 20 minutes, and after promptly, skillfully, and professionally getting the car situated, he had us on the road. I had mentioned to Jesse that I had planned to go to another random auto shop nearby that I assumed was the only one open at the time, and to my good fortune he recommended Moe's Tire and Auto as the best in the area. I'm usually very skeptical in matters like these, but once welcomed and settled, Moses accurately assessed a faulty oil filter with no gasket ring that I had purchased earlier that day to be the cause of the engine seizure. He quoted me very fairly for the work and parts, and got to work within a very respectable timeframe. My car is still running great, and I couldn't be more grateful, as his testament to the issue ultimately helped me win most of the money back from the company I purchased the filter from initially. Truly patient, accommodating, and decent individuals that are knowledgable and carry out exceptional and honest work.”
“We can’t say enough good things about G&K Auto Parts! They’re the Best! They had the halogen headlight assembly we needed. It was shipped right away & packaged very well! They were very honest & explained it (headlight) had some scratches on it but thought it could be rubbed out! I’m happy to say that the scratches are gone & it looks almost new. Super friendly staff! This transaction was so easy, beginning with the wonderful and welcoming lady who initially took my call and processed my paperwork, to the tow truck driver who picked up my car within 24 hours. He was on time, friendly and really went above and beyond. They made this process so easy and paid me WAY MORE than other salvage yards offered! They were also much more efficient and friendly! They also paid in CASH! The other yard I called wanted me to drive there to pick up a check (for much less $).
In the future, I will certainly be going to East Michigan Auto for both my repair parts needs and to use them again for junking old cars. I can’t say enough about this incredible business and spectacular staff! Other yards cannot compare! A+ ! CALL THEM FIRST! The best! Thank you again!”

“I really appreciate the staff here. There was a repair I needed done that I figured would have to be done by the Dealership because no other shop could figure out what's wrong. Called to other dealerships and they told me it would take a week or more just to look at my vehicle. Suburban said they can diagnose same day and get started on repairs the next day. They literally did just that! I was worried because I know repairs at the dealership can be costly, but at least I know it was done right. However, I want to speak on Rob. One of the techs who processed the intake. AMAZING guy. Very courteous, very helpful, and I truly appreciate his customer service. If I ever need repairs done at a Dealership again, I know who to call!”
