I worked with the manager and two employees to try to get my phone number moved to AT&T. I was treated with respect and kindness. It has been a very long time since I have experienced such effort and genuinely concern to get these things resolved as quickly as possible. I would not recommend to go anywhere else.”
“Service is one of the best in the area, if not THE best. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient. He was able to diagnose the issue on my iPhone 11, offered a solid recommendation along with a reasonable price. Finally, he said it would only take a few minutes. He replaced the screen within ten minutes and I was out the door. (Note: My phone also had a crack in the back glass plate. He mentioned it but said the repair was not necessary.) I felt encouraged knowing there was no pressure to add unnecessary services or items. At the end the phone was functional and ready to go. Thank you!

“If you're anywhere near this area, come here and avoid the White Lake store. Tricia was awesome, she helped straighten out a mess that the White Lake store created. I had to go back into a store after the corporate AT&T phone service team wasn't able to help. I explained what had happened to Tricia who was able to sort it all out. “Excellent experience this evening. Had an iPhone 12 Pro Max to trade in. Both of the employees who helped us were very helpful. I had many questions and a couple complicated requests, everything was answered or fixed by the team. Ended up trading in the 12 for a 15 Pro Max, the team set up the new phone, put the screen and camera protectors on for me, and got my phone completely ready. I was able to use my phone as I walked out the door!Highly recommend this location!!PS- Bonus: if you need to wait for your data to be transferred or family to make a purchase they have a couple comfy chairs and direct tv set up. :)”
