“I do hair and nails, and I recommend to my clients to come here to be fitted for athletic shoes when they complain their feet hurt. The staff takes their time to measure your feet, they have a nice variety of insoles and shoe brands, as well as clothing and accessories for an active lifestyle.”

It is very difficult for me to find good shoes that work well for me. She listened to what I was looking for in a shoe. She observed me and the issues my feet presented. She made some great suggestions, but unfortunately I did not purchase from fleet feet because none of their stores in the area had what I needed based upon my time constraints. In a world where customer service does not seem to exist anymore, it is so refreshing to work with someone like Miriam, who is customer focused and truly wants what is best for the individuals needs and is not just there to make a sale. Mike the sales associate, was EXTREMELY cooperative in assisting me for a replacement, even though I was not a Rei member on this purchase and the deadline for a free replacement lapsed. He 'bent over' backwards to help me, culminating in a very satisfactory resolution of another new jacket at no charge. Now I am a member with and will be doing much of my shopping here.”
“Got fitted for running shoes. Patrick watched me walk a couple of times and, based on my needs, brought out several options for me to try on. I ended up buying 2 pairs. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Another person also helped, I never got his name but he was also helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did I get great shoes there but I felt safe. I'm not going to get into details but there was a creeper shopping there. Patrick knew how to handle the situation so that I felt safe. I didn't even have to say anything--he noticed on his own. More men should be like him.”

Got a new bowling ball and was on a tight timeframe to get fitted for league Playoffs.
Customer service focused and high attention to detail and was able to take care of everything within 24 hours. Been to a few shops while bowling in league, and this was the best experience by far. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!”
“I came inside to buy an adult mouth guard because I grind my teeth at night. Walk inside the store, the cashier was polite, guided me to the mouthpiece. After purchasing I boiled the mouthguard for 1 minute in boiling water and immediately pulled it from the water, bit down on it, dealt with the pain of it, and had a grind free sleep! Thanks again!”

“I called Dunham's in Laurel Pl, Livonia Sunday, December 28th, to find out if they had any pool cues. I talked to either Johnathan or Jeremy. In any event one of them checked for me and informed me that they did. It took me about 10 minutes to get there. And I'm glad I did. I bought two sticks for $29.99 each five dollars off. And these are some nice cues. I got different colors and designs but the same brand. Before here I went to a Walmart and a Dick's Sporting Goods in Livonia. They had them online only. Dunham's didn't have exactly what I wanted, but I can play today. Thx boys.”

The owner is really knowledgeable and has been great at answering questions, even some girly ones as I've bought gifts for friends here and needed a guys opinion and hockey guys knowledge on. He also does a great job sharpening skates! Oh and the Michigan mitten hats are kickass looking, simple, stylish and they fit great. I always get compliments on mine and asked where people can get one. Great place in the area right in fhia to take care of your hockey needs!”

My schedule during the week is pretty packed, so it was important that I got this handled today. Julia helped me out and did an absolutely fantastic job. “North Face is a bit pricier than some other outdoor brands like Columbia, but you get what you pay for. They make good, durable products that are also stylish, but still cheaper than brands like Patagonia and Fjallraven. I own a pair of NF boots, gloves, and a parka, and I have never felt cold while wearing the full set.”
