“Born 1958, raised in Fraser. With my children and grandchildren living out of state I'm sending gifts regularly from this location and I'm alway treated with respect. I've been to the surrounding Post Offices out of convenience for one reason or another and haven't experienced the same level of curtious. Fraser has a great crew at our USPS.”
“Michelle and Jennifer have been very helpful as we mail packages and send letters! It's wonderful to have a post office location where We can send postcards and they are all delivered! Woo Hoo!”
“Chris was super helpful in getting me the right envelope, describing the price system and ensuring the right package went to the right location. Appreciate his patience and support during such a busy Saturday. He managed the long line with ease. Thank you so much team, you made this my go to USPS!!”
“I've been here 20 years, we have the best mail carriers ever, all bad weather they show, Todd was many years ago 2013, Tammy and today Frank, thank you for all you do and your kind words today Frank, just so glad I never have to worry about my mail and I miss you Tammy keep up the good work”
“Tracey was absolutely wonderful! She helped me find the best way to mail a very special item to a very dear friend of mine. I couldn't help but give her a hug after! Thank you thank you thank you, Tracey!!!”
“Prompt, friendly, and reliable. The staff are pretty knowledgeable in regard to rates, best way to send your package, etc. The place could use a face-lift but the staff are great!”
“I had a really excellent visit experience to apply for a new passport. I was assisted by Shanika who is the nicest and most helpful person you could ever wish to deal with. She’s a huge asset for USPS. The appt started on time and I was done inside 10mins. Fantastic !!!”
“The staff here are friendly most of time, helpful, and knowledgeable. I drop off large amounts of packages here daily and not once did one get lost yet from here.”
“Today, I had the pleasure of working with Ms.Williams. She helped me and my daughter change our address and pick up our accumulated packages and mail. She was very kind, helpful and thoughtful. Thank you!!”
“The staff is always helpful. Nice place to get stamps if you are a collector; the sheets are not bent and damaged like you sometimes find at the bigger post offices.”
“I’ve had several great experiences with this post office. I send a LOT of packages through them. They’re always happy to take my bags of packages, dump them, and bring me back my bags. When I recently accidentally dropped my check for my water bill in the blue bin outside, they were technically closed but still one employee was there and let me leave a note about what had happened. I came back the next day at the time they empty the bin and the guy came right up with my check!”
“This branch deserves to be the highest rated in the area. So smooth to get in and our. staff professional and courteous. No outrageous lines or trifling customers. Best kept postal secret in metro DET.”
“I walk in with 2 boxes at 10 pm. Was directed by a greeter to the customer service counter that was closed and had an envelope slot for UPS. As I’m walking back out the doors A random employee asked if I would like her to drop them for me. She was SO nice. Just happened to be walking by me pushing a cart. Towards the counter. Thank you to that woman.”
“I called this post office today desperately trying to correct an address on a package that had been sent. The merchant I ordered from left off an apt #. I got a lovely gal on the phone who located the package and got the correct information on there for me. I had been phoning everywhere and couldn't get any help! I'm so grateful to her. I don't know her name, but she was awesome!”
“Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the lady that helped me, but extremely helpful and kind. Perfect example of what I strive to be when helping others.”
“Mike Henderson was extremely helpful and pleasant. I can only imagine how stressful mail service facilities can be, but he took the time to help me track down a missing package.”
“I unknowingly walked in right at closing time and Will still offered to help me with what I needed to mail when he absolutely could have turned me away. A few minutes of his time made things a lot easier for me. It’s really a reminder that we all have the ability to make a difference in the lives of those we interact with. Thanks, Will!”
“They were patient, helpful, and went above and beyond. Same service I remember from 10 years ago.
Monday July 8, 2024 9:30 am.
I walked in with a package to ship. I didn't have a box, tape or anything except a shipping label QR code. There was 1 person at the window and 2 working in the back. They got me a box and everything I needed with no attitude.
Since I was unprepared, I had to get in line 3 different times. Still went fast and smooth. However, there were some impatient customers who had attitudes.”
“The staff is very helpful and appreciated by me every time I have things inside their scope. They are overworked and under recognized. That being said USPS as an entity should be ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES! I’ve only seen 2 people a lady I believe is the Post Master and one gentleman. Please get these people help and rehab the building!Again the workers are doing their best. If the front door is locked maybe they went on a rest room break. My every interaction with this team they are VERY helpful. Just be patient. If your experience push back. Just be gracious.I travel a lot and have PO Boxes in other states. Outside of South Dakota. These people the best I’ve come across.USPS your people deserve better work conditions. Leaky roofs so I’m sure mold is there.”
“When I went into the Fox Creek post office (on Jefferson Avenue) i was actually greeted by two employees behind the counter. That's something I hadn't experienced at this station before. The employees were friendly, answered the questions I had, and provided me with the items I needed to ship a package. The customer service was excellent.”
“Customer service is not always the easiest position to have, but I have experienced them go over and Beyond to ensure that they helped me as much as they possibly could.”
“Used the drop in mailbox to return a small package I already labeled on Monday at 5:50 or so, when there was a busy line is around 11 people. Within just 1 day they updated it at around 9:30 pm shown on ebay (then arrived elsewhere 1 hour later). I wish it was slightly earlier like at 6pm but that's still great updating time!”
“I love this post office because I remember the first time I came to the post office and they gave me my package with no the post office is not giving your package away it's probably because for one you need your ID for too if you don't got your ID they not going to give you your package...”
“Walked in at 3:00pm on Monday. There was no line. Walked right up to a nice lady at the desk that was quick to help. Told me my address was in the incorrect order on my package, but helped me correct it and explained it to me for next time. Quick, helpful, and friendly.”
“Yesterday I was at this USPS to get my children's passports and I was attended by Mr. Robert! We were super satisfied with his excellent customer service, his kindness and good disposition... I would love to see this excellent service in all USPS!”
“After being turned away at another USPS location for being just a few minutes late, I walked into the Shelby USPS hoping to get my passport taken care of. Sudie was absolutely amazing! She was super kind, friendly, and took my passport appointment walk-in right away without hesitation. Her extraordinary customer service and willingness to help truly made my day. I can’t thank her enough for going above and beyond—this is the kind of service that makes a real difference. Highly recommend this location!”
“I’ve been coming to the Mount Clemens Post Office since I started selling on eBay over 20 years ago. The building hasn’t had any major upgrades and there’s never more than 3 people working at a time, but I don’t really mind any of that. There’s something comforting about the old school familiarity.
The self-serve kiosk in the front lobby is a nice addition. I don’t have a printer, so I when I buy postage for a package online I get a QR code. You can scan it at the kiosk for a label and receipt, and I’ve never had to wait in line to do so.
One star off because the mail is often SLOW and poorly sorted. I receive coupons after they’ve expired, bills once they’re almost overdue and frequently get mail addressed to my neighbors. I always, ALWAYS deliver the mail to the correct person, but no one has ever once brought my mail to me. And I know my mail has gone to the wrong place because I’ve not received anticipated important pieces before like checks, credit card statements and Social Security notices.
Since my neighbors are apathetic, selfish jerks I really need my post office to get things right.
Not about this location, but I do recommend getting a USPS account online. You receive email notifications about packages coming to your address. I’ve found this service to be really accurate and prompt.”
“Our Post Office is the best.Everyone is friendly and Helpful .There job is not easy dealing with most people who do not even have knowledge of the English launguage let alone how to properly go about packaging and addressing mail. One employee is continuously doing passports. This post office deserves a award. There patience is absolutely amazing.”
