“I hardly ever leave reviews, but after my interactions with Jessica, I felt compelled to.
Moving itself is stressful, along with finding a good storage unit. After being letdown by 3 other places, I reached out to Public Storage with little hope left.
To my wonderful surprise, I left with nothing but hope. Jessica was able to talk me through all of my questions, and never showed an ounce of frustration even when I asked the same ones more than a couple of times (yay moving brain lol).
This young lady deserves all the recognition and applause for being so cool, calm, and collected all while having an amazing sense of humor as well.

“I had an overall positive experience moving with PODs. The gentleman that seems to work weekends at the Charlotte location was friendly and communicative! The gentleman that delivered my POD was helpful and confident in what he was doing. I put an airtag among the items I packed in my POD so that I could track it's whereabouts which helped to ease my mind. It would be nice if this was a standard feature for PODs or maybe an add-on that customers could purchase to know the current and next location of their POD.”
“I needed storage for only a couple months while having garage work done at my home. It was difficult to find a place willing to rent a spot for short term rental. Red Run was willing and very cooperative with my situation. The site was graded gravel, no puddles after a rain and east to get in and out. They were reasonable in price, friendly and very nice to do business with. I would recommend them to anyone needing storage in a secure lot.”
