“Let me just say, that I was a wreck due to my phone completely being dead. I walked in and the gentleman proceeded to help me with my serious issue. My phone had been discontinued and seemed to have many bugs. Long story short, I had to replace my phone with a new one. I wasn't happy about it, but I'm so very thankful that I was able to upgrade to a better model. I brought my mom with her old phone that needed to be transferred to her new phone along with my new phone and dead phone. Well, Ali, was so gracious in helping both of us with our dilemma and he was actually able to repair the problem with my old phone. Our experience at this Metro location was extremely good. Good service, professional and friendly.”

“I had an outstanding experience at this business. I've been with Verizon for sixteen years. I figured with that kind of loyalty, they would be glad to give me free phones since my husband's was around eleven years old and mine was approx nine (LGs! I wish they still made 'em!). But NO! So I decided to switch since T-Mobile WILL give you free phones and their rates are cheaper!!! Ha!!! The gals who helped me were outstanding!!! They were very knowledgeable and super, super nice. If you switch (from Verizon!) from any other carrier, I highly recommend visiting this site!”
