“Jaldo and Omar provided truly outstanding customer service! Jaldo even stepped outside to move a cart that was blocking the parking spot. They were knowledgeable about the phones and plans, and showed us ways to lower our bill. They were also willing to stay late (past the 8pm closing time) to allow my phone to continue setting up. I’ve never been so impressed as I was with these gentlemen. Thank you Jaldo and Omar!”

“Such great service! They tried multiple different things to try to save the phone. They ordered and then did the work to try replacing different parts. And because the phone ultimately couldn't be repaired, they still only charged the $35 diagnostic fee. Despite all of the labor, because the phone wasn't fixable, they didn't charge for this!! And during the time they had the phone, they provided quick updates and explained what they wanted to try before they did anything. I was really impressed and would definitely recommend them.”

“Will is the man! I'm not exaggerating when I say that his knowledge and persistence when helping me solve an issue with Cricket customer service saved me hours of time and hundreds of dollars. Frankly I may have left Cricket Wireless entirely if I hadn't been lucky enough to deal with a pro like Will. It's worth noting that while working with me he managed to also talk a guy into joining Cricket and hooked him up with a new phone. Take care of this man. He would excel at anything he did because he has work ethic!”

“I had an exceptionally pleasant experience shopping for a new laptop and mouse for my daughter. Donny was, without question, one of the most knowledgeable and personable sales associates I’ve ever encountered. He struck that rare balance; genuinely friendly without being pushy, incredibly well-informed without being overwhelming, and patient enough to make the entire process feel easy. Donny went out of his way to be helpful and thorough, and it was clear he truly cared about making sure we found the right fit. He's an absolute standout!”

“Phil and his trainee did a wonderful job helping my family, and finding the best value. I have been in twice in past few weeks upgrading phones and dealing with horrible experiences from Verizon corporate. He and his team helped me both times. I had stopped in multiple Verizon stores, and will drive past them straight to this one going forward. Working with the human beings in the store made the difference. Best customer service team I have had in over 17 years as a Verizon customer.”
