“Jaldo and Omar provided truly outstanding customer service! Jaldo even stepped outside to move a cart that was blocking the parking spot. They were knowledgeable about the phones and plans, and showed us ways to lower our bill. They were also willing to stay late (past the 8pm closing time) to allow my phone to continue setting up. “Such great service! They tried multiple different things to try to save the phone. They ordered and then did the work to try replacing different parts. And because the phone ultimately couldn't be repaired, they still only charged the $35 diagnostic fee. Despite all of the labor, because the phone wasn't fixable, they didn't charge for this!! And during the time they had the phone, they provided quick updates and explained what they wanted to try before they did anything. I was really impressed and would definitely recommend them.”
