Phone upgrade, discontinued a line, wifi booster, and an insane amount of information that we couldn’t get at other stores or calling. I quite honestly haven’t had this great of a Verizon experience besides the Apopka, FL location. Extremely happy with the service we received today!!”

“I came into this T-Mobile store today feeling frustrated after trying to cancel my account over the phone without getting the help I needed. From the moment I walked in, though, Camry completely turned my experience around.
She greeted me with kindness, listened patiently as I explained the situation, and immediately took ownership of the problem. Instead of rushing through the process, she made sure I understood every step. Canceling a phone line can be confusing, but Camry explained everything clearly and professionally so there were no surprises.
What impressed me most was her dedication. She spent nearly an hour on the phone with customer service advocating for me and making sure everything was handled correctly. At no point did she seem impatient or distracted — she was calm, thorough, and genuinely committed to helping me. That level of customer care is rare, and it absolutely deserves recognition.
Customer service like this is what keeps people loyal to a brand. Even though I was there to cancel my account, Camry made such a positive impression that I left feeling valued and respected rather than stressed. She represents T-Mobile exceptionally well.
If you visit this location, I highly recommend asking for Camry. She is knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, and goes above and beyond for her customers. Thank you, Camry, for making a potentially stressful situation so much easier.

“I want to add a shout out to Lance that works here. He had so many problems trying to transfer our information to our new phones but he never gave up. The IT department couldn't help him but he figured it out. He spent about 2 1/2 hours working with us and was very friendly. I cannot believe the patience he had. “Will is the man! I'm not exaggerating when I say that his knowledge and persistence when helping me solve an issue with Cricket customer service saved me hours of time and hundreds of dollars.
