They always have a good selection and plenty of staff who are super helpful, whether it's finding quality dog food, certain treats, using the dog tag machine, or figuring out a dog harness. Wilson Veterinary Hospital
12000 Durham St, WashingtonOur girl needed surgery, she was diagnosed with pyometra and needed surgery as soon as possible, she was not as active as herself and noticeable bloat.
Wilson is our go to emergency vet even though it's a hike from our hometown ,but the service is worth it, the staff were so nice , our girl Goulash has social anxiety, but the staff managed to handle her easily, she was calm during the tests done to her. I was very worried when she needed surgery but the Vet Techs and Dr. assured us that all is going to be well and that they will look after our girl, that helps the owner a lot in worrying times.
Goulash had her surgery, they updates us when it's done and how she is doing. Goulash looks happy after surgery , you can tell she love the people there. She is now home and healing. Thank you to the amazing team of Wilson's Veterinary Hospital . It's worth the drive and reasonable price.

67370 Van Dyke Rd, WashingtonEven though The Daily Blend was closed when I stopped by, the owner, who also runs The Daily Bread next to it, went out of his way to walk me over personally and make me a cup of coffee, free of charge, along with a delicious cookie sample. I told him multiple times it really wasn't necessary, but he genuinely insisted and wouldn't take no for an answer. The coffee was great, but it's the heart behind this place that makes it truly special. You don't find this kind of caring service just anywhere. I'm a regular here and this experience is just another reminder of why I keep coming back. This is exactly the kind of local gem that deserves all the love!
