“This little Post Office has some of the nicest, most helpful staff I’ve ever encountered! I should add that I brought in like 17 awkwardly shaped boxes for express shipping (with no notice other than I remotely printed my shipping labels), and the woman at the counter was so helpful and patient as I ran back to my car 6 times to grab more boxes! I was very grateful to her for her attitude and professionalism.”
“I walk in with 2 boxes at 10 pm. Was directed by a greeter to the customer service counter that was closed and had an envelope slot for UPS. As I’m walking back out the doors A random employee asked if I would like her to drop them for me. She was SO nice. Just happened to be walking by me pushing a cart. Towards the counter. “Now a days they have removed the option to ring the bell after getting inside the room. Handicap entrance button does not work even though there are markers telling us to get in by using the button”

“I know there are a lot of negative reviews for this location, and I'm sure it's not great all of the time, but I have never had a bad experience at this location (minus long lines) in the 6+ years I've been coming here. The employees I've dealt with have all been friendly and helpful, and as soon as I get through the line I'm not there long at all. The employees that are doing a good job deserve some praise because I've witnessed some pretty nasty/difficult customers while I was in there.”

“I don't know how this post office has such a poor ratig because every single time I've been in this office they are extremely effective and very efficient. Our mailman, Solomon is awesome. He is very nice, works extremely hard and does his job perfectly. He is a very hard worker and I've never received other's mail and when I recently was not able to get my mail due to an illness, he made sure I received all of my mail. I see him delivering mail to a number of our buildings in horrible weather, doing what the USPS motto says. Keep up the great work. Solomon. Thank you for everything.”
