“Just went to Staples for printer ink. As always they had exactly what I wanted. The addition of Party City has made navigating the store a little challenging, but I'm sure they'll work that out soon. With a wider variety of goods and appeal to the Party City customers, Staples should enhance their appeal to a broader audience.”

“I am writing this review in the summer of 2024 and noting that the current staff is much better than the former staff. I have been going to the UPS store regularly for several years. My experience with the former staff was not good at all. The current team that runs this store is very polite and hard-working. With Amazon and all of the online shopping that goes on in today's world, the volume for these workers is very high and demanding. This team handles these challenges far better than any other team I have seen in the past.”

“I never leave reviews but I have been saying for weeks, I must tell the world how amazing this printing place is, very personable. I will be using them for all future events and anything involving printing. The quality was amazing, STAFF is amazing and beyond helpful. They took on my project last minute after a disaster happened with a previous company. Truly cannot say enough good things about them. It makes me so happy to see true customer satisfaction still exist in this crazy world.”

“Ever have "one of those day" where everything goes wrong? I was running errands and hitting snags at every stop. My last stop was at FedEx. According to Levi's, the jeans I was returning required nothing but a quick scan. Yet, when I arrived TERESE, the polite associate said the return required the poly bag they were shipped in. I could buy a poly bag, but the Levi's return was free and I only lived a mile away, so I told the associate I would go home and retrieve it. She apologized and I proceeded to leave the store. As I was about to exit the store, she caught me and said I didn't need a poly bag after all! (As soon as I left, she looked into the matter and discovered the instructions I got from Levi's were correct) FedEx, you have a stellar associate in TERESE. I hope she is recognized for her OUTSTANDING customer service!”

The owner and staff were patient, accommodating, and genuinely cared about helping me, even staying late to make sure it was done right. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall. “Went here to get digital finger printing. $100 before 6PM, or the price goes up. Very sweet guy that connects with his customers. The power went out as we were trying to get the digital done, and he helped us in any way possible to get back to the office and get the finger printing done. It sounds like he lives nearby and only comes to the office if customers need him, so you might have to call before!”
