“I took my Kia Rio in for an oil change and tire rotation. While inspecting my vehicle, the technician noted that both my engine and cabin air filters were quite clogged. Scott called to let me know that they recommended replacing both filters. They completed that along with the oil change, tire rotation and general inspection. All work was completed in less than 1 1/2 hours. They sent me photos of the old filters. The pricing is very fair and competitive. I will definitely use them again.”

“Great service. Had an 11 AM appointment and the front windshield was in place a little after noon. State Farm processed my claim which Safelite was able to find and link to my work order. We were on vacation in Michigan from Maryland when a stone cracked the windshield , which we needed repaired before driving back to Maryland and the Canton, MI location was the closest location with an opening on the day we were leaving.”
“Need a single window pane replace close to the roof of one floor dwelling. Called Henderson Glass, after disappointing or no results other agencies. An appointment was made & honored for an estimate. The installer arrived at the appointed schedule, replaced the window pane, and cleaned up the debris. Starting with the initial call to the installer every Herderson person with whom I interfaces was professional cuteous, and affable. Definitely recommend Henderson to everyone for their home window needs. Definitely a ten star rating on a five star scale.”

“I stopped by Auto One Glass today, August 25, 2026, because I was concerned about what appeared to be scratches on the driver’s-side window of my brand-new vehicle. One of the employees took the time to come outside and inspect the window for me and determined that there was no actual damage.
Even though I didn’t need any work done, I really appreciated the time he took to look at it and, most importantly, his honesty. He didn’t try to sell me a service or repair that I didn’t need.

“I needed a windshield replacement due to all of the objects that flew at it while traveling I-94 over time. I generally only used Safelite in the past since they're very convenient, but Safelite doesn't offer an upfront price when you need sensor calibrations so I didn't risk a surprise bill with them.
Scheduling with Huron Glass was easy over the phone. They need a little lead time to obtain the windshield from their distributor and if you need calibration you must bring it into the shop. I brought my vehicle in the early morning, and got it back 6 hours later the same day. The windshield looks good to me, and you'll likely have the same positive experience as I did.”

“Worked with a wonderful gentleman named Sam, he called me regularly regarding any updates or issues found with my car. They worked with me and my insurance to fix what was damaged due to a fellow driver driving incompentently causing damage to my front end and I belive transmission. [Clean off your windshields people before you drive so you dont hurt someone else or damage their property!!]
They worked quickly and efficiently to get me my car as soon as possible but also to make sure it was completed and safe to drive. They even did some paint touchups on my tailgate where there were some tiny rust dots just to help maintain my car. Wonderful team, hope I dont have to send my car back for new issues but if I did I would use them!”
