There are so many chairs and sofas to see, Carina was able to show us what we were interested in. We picked a loveseat and then we went to work on a fabric. Picked out quite a few, she showed us what it would look like on the computer and next thing we ordered, delivered and we love them! A very good experience, a very fair price and a beautiful product. Judy was extremely patient and helpful, going through all the samples and options with us, pricing out everything as we narrowed down some choices. She made sure we got to see what the fabric we chose would ultimately look like but in a slightly different shade on a piece that was displayed. “Shout out to Cecilia! As soon as we walked into the store she greeted us and guided us toward an absolutely painless purchase process! Utilizing her iPad she gave us all the price options and availability instantaneously. She answered all of our questions and was such a delight. We were able to secure delivery and setup for our purchase at week’s end! The showroom is so spacious, well organized and spotless! One of my favorite perks was they had a free refreshment bar to include ice cream, candy, cookies, coffee, tea and water. It’s a delightful touch to what can be a nerve racking purchase process of big ticket items. I will definitely go in person to Bob’s for my next furniture purchase whereas usually order online.”

I drove in from Chicago to pick up a sideboard I'd found on Etsy, and when I came to pick it up I found two additional pieces that I had to have! I really appreciated the trust Andy showed in me as a brand new customer; I had put a small deposit on the item and he was very relaxed about when I needed to pick it up, more than a month later. “Let’s start with the fact that I have never had a good experience with a furniture purchase or company in the past- I always feel pressured and like they are just there for the sale not for the help. This was the exact opposite of that! Bob’s came through for us! We knew what we were looking for but still wanted to look around. John approached us at the door and told us to look around and yell for him when we were ready. We were given time to explore and when we had questions, John helped- he didn’t follow us around and try to be salesy! He gave us great advice and worked out the details how we wanted them for what we all thought would work best in our home. He genuinely made us feel like he cared. When we made decisions we were able to take advantage to a few different payment options making financing very easy. Brittney helped with that- she was super nice and explained how everything works. Our delivery date is set for next week, but so far this was the best furniture purchase experience I have ever had! We will go back and ask for John!”

“Bought a used PTAC AC unit here. It was extremely cheap, they let me pick the one I wanted, and they took the time to find all the pieces to it.
It works great. It's obviously used and makes a lil noise, but it blows cold and hot. If it breaks before I move out, I'll definitely come back to buy another.”

“I never met any of the people who moved everything out of our basement I was out of town everything was cleaned all removed it's hard to believe the damage the flood caused. The basement was totally destroyed carpet, drywall cabinets they had a big crew and basically had everything removed before I returned home they corresponded with me our insurance every step they took we were given a complete list of what was stored the loss and handled our house with care I would totally recommend this company!”

“There is absolutely no reason to go anywhere else! We brought in two nightstands/end tables to be refinished. They are unique pieces, Darin (sp?) thought they were from the 1920’s or 1930’s. He did the most AMAZING job refinishing them! The pictures don’t do his incredible work justice! We have decided to use them as nightstands in our bedroom, and they are beautiful. He was friendly, professional, and extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process. I can’t recommend this shop enough! We are about 1/2 hour away out in Oakland county, and will be bringing in other pieces in the future. They have earned our business for life! Thank you for being a true craftsman, and for such a great job!”
